ACCESS by DESIGN

ACCESS by DESIGN is a newly structured organisation growing from CGE Hire specifically to undertake lofty access and associated works which were the hallmark of CGE Hire. Under the new regime, we can better concentrate on contractual and service work while CGE Hire continues to trade in it’s traditional role of equipment and scaffold rentals and testing to the market.

The group offers specialist consultation, design and certification services as well as a skilled and varied workforce consisting of riggers, scaffolders, IRATA twin rope operators etc, many of whom carry confined space qualifications recognised by Melbourne Water and major Power Generators.

Quality assurance is held to AS / NZS ISO 9001:2000 with the following capabilities:

•     General Equipment and scaffold hire services
•     Scaffold erection and labour services
•     Design and supply of specialised height access equipment
•     Testing and repair services for rigging equipment to SAA Crane Code – part 2 serial hoists and winches to AS 1418.2-1997 section 1.10.5
•     Retail sales of lifting, rigging, and scaffolding equipment

We are heavily orientated to Power Station and Boiler work, high rise structures and  industrial plant, but access is access and no matter where and what your problems are, bring them to us and we will supply a solution.
